Bonzun – The Only App You Need for a Safer Pregnancy

Bonzun – The Only App You Need for a Safer Pregnancy

This week my baby is turning 4! I just cannot believe how quickly the past 4 years passed by, especially as I still remember the wonderful feeling of carrying Olivia under my heart when I was pregnant.

Being pregnant and becoming a mum is undoubtedly the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me.

As Olivia is our second born daughter, I kind of knew what to expect from being pregnant and was much more relaxed than the first time round.

Back in 2006 the information available for pregnant women was not comparable to these days, but I still had to go through a very stressful time with Olivia. You can read about it here.

When I heard about Bonzun, the world’s first pregnancy symptom checker and health test tracker app that has just launched in the UK to reduce health complications during pregnancy, I was very interested to see what it’s all about and could not wait to share with my readers.

Swedish entrepreneur, Bonnie Roupé, started the company after experiencing serious health complications during her own pregnancy and found the process of searching the internet for answers was a lengthy and difficult process, due to not being able to find pregnancy specific search results.

Bonnie recognised that pregnancy is an anxious time for women and she was determined to find a better way to help make this an easier and less worrying time.

Bonzun brings together some of the best health information and medical research in the form of a medical symptom checker and health test monitor that alerts you when something is abnormal.

How amazing is that? I wish it was available when I was pregnant as I could have avoided quite a few worrying and stressful situations.

2.-USER-TYPE-SELECTION

Also the fact you can share with your husband/family and send them push notifications is fabulous.

This FREE app is available to download at the Google and iOS App Stores.

It was built to help give better peace of mind to pregnant women by delivering information about their personal health data, helping them monitor test results and baby movements throughout their pregnancy.

The app has a number of functions, with the most unique being a test tracker function that monitors and tracks routine urine and blood test results throughout your pregnancy, and will flag if your levels and symptoms recorded show a reason to get advice from a health professional.

Bonzun’s functions:

• Test tracker function
• Baby movement tracker
• Push notifications to help fathers/grandparents feel involved.
• Symptom checker
• On-hand live 1:1 24/7 medical professional advice
• Latest pregnancy health information

I hope that many pregnant women or someone from their families/friends will read this post.

I totally agree, a pregnancy is much easier going the second time round, along with dealing with them as babies. I’m a second time mamma and I’m loving it so far. My little girl is now 4 1/2 months, my eldest being 10! – big gap, but she helps out a lot. Love your blog 🙂 Only wish knew about this app when I was pregnant, it sounds brilliant.

Me and my boyfriend are trying for a baby. When I become pregnant I will download this app and use it during the pregnancy.
