It’s been less than a week since we got back from our dreamy beach holiday in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, where we had an amazing time. Cannot believe we are back to grey skies in London, but that’s what’s life about. It cannot be sunny and blue skies all the time, can it?
Our holiday would not be as fabulous if my girls were not gifted some pretty stunning swimwear and beachwear by Sunuva. If you follow me on Instagram, you could have already seen a few photos of my two modelling some of their fabulous new spring/summer 2017 collection!
When I was choosing the pieces for our review, it took me ages as there were so many adorable prints, and I was secretly wishing they had some for me too.
Since leaving sunny Sydney, I have been struggling to find some great beachwear and bikini for myself, really miss the Down Under ladies swimwear. Hopefully Sunuva will soon start with ladies swimwear and beachwear too!
When it comes to picking swimwear/beachwear for my girls, I am always after products that look nice, but also of a great quality and don’t lose the shape/colour after a few dips in the sea/pool and being in the sunshine.
I was delighted to see that despite my girls wearing their bikinis/swimsuits and beach dresses on a daily bases, being exposed to lots of sunshine and salty water, none of the gifts have lost their bright colours and looked like before being used for the first time.
The fabrics were soft, stretchy and felt lovely on their skin. Girls loved the little details like the wooden beads on their swimsuits or the tassels on Olivia’s beach dress.
To be honest, I do not think they have ever had nicer bikinis or swimsuits and believe this fact also shows on the photos I took during our holiday. Both girls loved modelling SUNUVA gifts and had also lots of lovely comments from passersby who thought it was a shoot for some magazine!
