  3. My 3 kids got eczema and I did evedrything I can to prevent it like putting moisturizer as many times everyday, not letting them play outside in the sun for longer.

  4. I apply Bells 50 emollient liberally at night and shower in the morning.

  5. I apply E45.

  6. We found E45 worked wonders

  7. Light airy clothes and not adding bubble bath to his bath helped my sons eczema

  8. My son has severe Eczema and have tried many lotions and potions over the years. I think it does help to find the cause of the Eczema as there is usually an underlying issue. My son is allergic to Caesin amongst other things and cutting these out of his diet helps his skin a lot. The best cream I have found is the body shop hemp butter, It doesnt smell too nice but really does help a lot if applied regularly. And thats another thing it does have to be applied at least twice a day if not more to keep skin moisturised. We are also giving him omega 3 and 6 suppliments but have only just started this so not sure how it will turn out yet, But will keep you posted.

  9. After applying the moisturiser, wrap clingfilm round overnight. You’ll wake up with luscious smooth skin and it really works.

  10. E45 Itch Relief cream is great and moisturises too
