One of our favourite places to visit in London is definitely the Alexandra Palace. When we used to live in Finsbury Park with daddy years ago, we used to go there every often as you have an amazing view of the city. You can go for a lovely walk around the park, and also ice-skating in winter. I will also never forget watching the fireworks on Guy Fawkes Night years ago. It was impressive, but the crowds were just a bit too much for me, and to be honest cannot imagine taking children along.
As Isabelle has been sent a telescope by the lovely people at Letterbox, we took it along, and enjoyed the views. While daddy and Isabelle were admiring the London panoramas, I was taking some pictures of the Alexandra Palace, and would love to share them with you. Did you know that the Alexandra Park has announced a community celebration honouring 150 years of the extraordinary? Hopefully we will be able to make it on July 21 too! Now, back to the telescope. I can tell you that when Isabelle received this gift for a review, she was very excited as she has always wanted one, but we never got around to get one. Daddy put the parts together in no time, and soon they were exploring the birds in our garden. The telescope has its place on top of one of her cupboards, and often I find Isabelle looking through it and enjoying the view. This is what she would like to say about the telescope:
This could be a perfect gift for her age group, girls or boys. You can get it from Letterbox for £40, but hurry as there are only a few left!
