Batman movies have always been very popular in our house, and I can still remember how excited I was when we went to watch the last one with daddy at the cinema. These movies can be watched over and over again, and undoubtedly deserve place in my “movie cupboard” along our other favourite movies. If you haven’t seen the last one, it definitely is worth watching. Sometimes when movies have sequels they cannot beat the previous movie or movies, but with Batman movies, I just love that the main actors change from time to time, and there is always something new. Watching Batman movies will always remind me of the fact that one of my favourite actors, Heath Ledger died soon after filming one of them, and he was also brilliant in it. Anyway, if you haven’t seen the last Batman movie and would like to know what it’s all about, just check out below. But if I were you, I would just watch it without knowing what will happen as I love surprises!
“It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.”
Another movie I have been sent before Xmas holidays is called “New Year’s Eve†which celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, with intertwining stories told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year. This was loads of fun to watch and has helped me to get through the tough times when I was very sad as we were not able to go and see my family this Xmas. Highly recommend if you want to laugh out loud!
